AI workshops & speaking

It’s never
the model.

Enterprise AI projects rarely fail on the model. They fail on everything around it - use case selection, architecture, security, data and governance. Our training covers the pitfalls that derail delivery, and how to chart a path to enterprise AI at scale.

From one-hour keynotes to two-day deep dives

What we teach

Four conversations,
adapted to the room.

The same material, refocused for each audience - from where AI creates value to how the systems behind it are actually built.

01

AI for Business Leaders

Where AI creates value, how to choose use cases that deliver ROI, and why so many projects stall before production.

02

Enterprise AI Architecture

Retrieval, agents, data platforms and integration - the patterns behind AI systems that reach production and stay there.

03

AI Governance

Security, risk, evaluation and oversight, designed in from day one rather than bolted on at the end.

04

AI for Developers

How modern AI applications and agents actually work, and how the engineering role is changing around them.

The approach

Practical, current and grounded in real technology.

See the ecosystem map →
01

Current

Content evolves as AI platforms and practices change.

02

Practical

Concepts are reinforced through examples, demonstrations and hands-on exercises.

03

Cross-functional

Learning connects business, architecture, governance and engineering perspectives.

04

Technically grounded

Every session is informed by how the underlying technology actually works.
